Since she was a little girl, Courtney fell in love with technology, long before it was second nature to children, as it is today. While her friends played manhunt outside after school, Courtney turned her classmates invitations down to focus her time on devices, learning through video games + software education, and surrounding herself with technology.
Courtney was 1 of 6 females in her graduating class in the College of Information Sciences and Technology at The Pennsylvania State University. She interned for the government, was a Supervisor on Penn State's IT staff, graduated on the Deans List, and accepted a job with Microsoft out of college, in a program where 1 out of every 1,000 applicants are hired. Courtney adored her time at Microsoft, but wanted to take on a new challenge by transitioning to Salesforce at the top of the pandemic.
Courtney focuses on optimization to ensure all technology is centered around the customer experience. Her number one priority is to have their patients feel the love and support throughout their pain relief journey. She spends her time researching disruptive and evolving tech to support their Telehealth initiatives.
